Patent acquired (Patent No. 10-1148977): High temperature flue gas treatment method and device.
This patent is for;
In order to reuse extracted material contained in high temperature flue gas, after making the best recover of it, in the middle of melting process for the production of secondary product(extracted material) from the material input into the high temperature treatment furnace such as melting pot, by cooling under the melting point of extracted material contained in flue gas through input air supplied controlled proportionally before dust collector, by making collecting efficiency maximized with the collection through filtor cloth, and by making air pore blockage minimized through preventing the deposit of extracted material at filtor cloth as much as possible, life expectancy is to be guaranteed.
Additionally, by providing the reuse of energy for the combustion air of burner supplied into the high temperature treatment furnace, using the waste heat of exhaust gas, the cost of fuel is to be saved for the operation of high temperature treatment furnace.
