| #1 waste incineration plant of Philippines, set out by the middle sized company of Korea |

SGE Energy Co., Ltd. won a contract of the 44 billion korean won sized-project from the Philippines government for the # 1 waste incinerationplant in Philippines. And this fact received coverage on the Hankyung(Korea economic daily) newspaper on Jul. 15th. 2015. like below.

#1 waste incineration plant of Philippines, set out by the middle sized company of Korea.
The consortium comprised of domestic middle sized companies won a contract from Philippines government the 44 billion korean won sized- waste incineration plant project. This is for the construction of #1 waste incineration plant.
According to IB(Investment Bank) on 14th of Jul., the Consortium of SGE Energy Co., Ltd. and Seyoung Partners was selected as a business operator for EPC(Design, Purchase, construction, operation all performed) for incineration project of Dasmarinas City, Philippines recently, and is scheduled to begin construction in this September. This project size is of capacity to handle 200 ton of waste in a day, of which target is to begin to operate from the first half of 2017. Shinhan investment Corp. is in charge of financing arrangement.
Jung-Ho, Yoo, the president of SGE Energy Co., Ltd. said,"In addition to the network of Seyoung Group that has accumulated the trust while doing a business in Philippines for a long time, the technology aknowledged of SGE Energy for making the energy from the waste incinerated is the key to succeed in winning a contract."
SGE Energy Consortium is progressing to win a contract of#2, #3 of incineration project in Philippines following the Dasmarinas project. It is said that SGE Energy is in the middle of consultation for the construction of the waste incineration plant and power plant at Iloilo, Visayas region,Western Philippines, and Bataan. The project of Iloilo is expected to be over 100 billion korean won- sized.
It is said that financial company and big sized company of domestic is in the progress of consultation for taking part in SGE Energy Consortium. The one involved from Shinhan Investment Corp. said that "Domestic banks as well as Fund from the Middle East Asia is in the middle of consultation of investment to the project in Philippines, and several big sized company is hoping to take part in this project, too"
SGE Energy Co., Ltd. is progressing to do initial public offering(IPO) of the Saehan Development, subsidiary of SGE Energy, and SGE Energy in sequence for the financing of the overseas market. SGE Energy Co.,Ltd. is the company whose core area is waste incineration plant, and environment pollution prevention facilty design, construction, and SGE Energy Co., Ltd constructed the waste incineration facility in Gaesung ordered by Hundai Asan, increasing sales of 20 billion won last year.
