SGE Energy Co., Ltd. registered patent for “Incinerator vertical waste heat boiler facility” as of Jan. 14. 2013.
The feature of this patent is; Many water-tubes are connected between 2DRUM of upper and lower part, adjacent
to secondary combustion chamber side wall, at the incinerator composed of primary and secondary combustion
chamber; and, vertical side wall installed vertically, with water-tube outlet composed of up and down, zigzags direction,
as 4PASS type, resulting in waste heat recovery phased and high efficient; and, scale formation, on water-tube of waste
heat recovery section, is minimized, due to dust removal of exhaust gas, resulting in life span of boiler expanded
maintaining superior quality as well as boiler efficiency improved.
This patent is the core of natural circulation facility using incineration facility designed and constructed by SGE Energy
Co., Ltd., boiler facility that maximizes energy through the high efficient recovery of waste heat, generated at the time of incineration. |
